Talmadge Branch, Senior Advisor
Talmadge Branch is a Senior Advisor and joined the firm in early 2023. The former House Majority Whip and long serving member of the House of Delegates Leadership team assists with strategy for the firm’s existing clients as well as new client development. Branch served in the Maryland House of Delegates from 1995-2023, representing Baltimore City. Over his career in the House, he served on nearly every House committee including Economic Matters, Ways and Means, Appropriations (Vice Chair), Rules and Executive Nominations, and Spending Affordability. He chaired or vice chaired numerous legislative subcommittees over his 28 years of service. Notably, he served as Chairman of the Maryland Legislative Black Caucus.
